Cambrian Mountains
The Cambrian Mountains are said to be the last wilderness in Wales. Home to the rivers Elan, Irfon, Bidno, Tarenneg and Marteg that feed the Wye, which also starts in the mountains it's one of the best places to see the Milky Way and to photograph it.
Stars are born out of gas clouds that collapse in on themselves. The cloud’s material heats up as it falls inward under the force of its own gravity. At 18 million °F the star emerges.

Radnor Forest
Many aren't aware of the remote Radnor Forest but it's actually situated in Radnorshire one of the most remote counties in the UK. Rising to almost 700 meters it's open tops and moorland offers up some incredible night skies. Why not check it out?
